Firearms Regulation

Requires all firearm barrel sales to be conducted in-person through licensed dealers starting January 2027. Mandates background checks and detailed record-keeping for all firearm barrel purchases. Imposes criminal penalties including jail time and fines for illegal firearm barrel sales. Exempts law enforcement, military, and licensed collectors from these requirements.

Requires courts to provide protective order transmission records within one business day of request. Authorizes creation of an automated system to notify protected persons about their protective order status. Mandates public access to records showing when courts transmit protective orders to law enforcement.
